these days, since you good Scummy Pal, Johnny Boy Fiero has been NABBED by SEC?... nasdr.com; Could you please point me to the section of your link that mentions the SEC? The SEC is of course the legal entity responsible for protecting investors from schemes to defraud the public. This press release only mentions the NASDAQ, that well known good 'ol boy organization which is a private company and has no criminal enforcement powers whatsoever. And,as we all know, they have often acted in a manner contrary to the interests of the private investor. If you have a link to the SEC action that you allege has been taken against Mr. Fiero please enlighten us. Otherwise, I hope no readers here are taken in by Mssr. Goelo's attempt to take an harassing administrative maneuver by a private company and suggest it is somehow a criminal situation involving the Securities and Exchange branch of the US Government. regards, mrbodine
