Zeev,i have a signicant amount of treasuries coming due and as treasury yields are well down from when i bought mine i have to go elsewhere,my broker has suggested the Royal Bank of Scotland preferred--they have many preferred issues,ranging from 10% to 8% yield--do you have any knowledge or view RBS--this i offer to anyone--just fishing for opinions.Max
