You decide who is "mature, and rational", by whether or not they agree with you. What about those who chose to be irrational and immature? You talk about "decency" but have no way of determining it. How do you know someone is a "good hearted person" unless you have something to compare them to (like an evil hearted person)? "if we don't have government, we are not allowed to think.
