Huh? Where did you get this observation? Sounds like some Eco-Wacho talk on the surface. I believe that glass is the first envelope material, there is steel, concrete, etc to consider. Does this stuff gradually get out and creep up your toes?

In our world of constantly advancing scientific technology, don't you think that in 50, 100, 200 years, we'll have figured out a way to neutralize nuclear waste?

Look at everything else we're doing now: human genome, nanotechonolgy, microelectronics, cloning, etc...why would the study of nuclear waste be any different? Pretty shortsighted to believe it would.
