You are not aware of the other definition of compassion- it means with feeling for others. If you think that's like a wildfire, I don't know what planet you are from. And if you think telling people the truth when it is painful and unnecessary is always "right" I'd disagree. It may be fun to turn the truth like a sword and make people hurt, but it isn't always the right, compassionate, or even helpful thing to do (imo). Pain is not always your friend. Sometimes medicine kills the patient.
