It is hard to believe that 420 minutes model unless they are tweaking it! I dont think that PCS has a pre-paid subscriber base so all of their subs should be "active". It's possible that the numbers are tweaked...but when you consider how many minutes a $60 (average ARPU) service plan will provide, it sounds about right. Of course, even if the numbers have been tweeked a little bit....the disparity between the two countries would still be amazing. Slacker
