Yes, exactly. I keep asking for proof and get none. I continue to point out that the minimum wage has been raised in the past and the world hasn't ended.

The best the "free marketeers" have come up with so far is a rise in black teenage unemployment following a minimum wage increase...which may have more to do with sector problems or racism for that matter than any thing else.

This is far from the "institutional unemployment" or end of the world as we know it scenarios I've heard coming out of the opposition.
