Oh, c'mon, Flats - you know the answer to this one - why would employers fire black teenagers when the minimum wage goes up? Racism or lower literacy/education/skill level?

Actually, the burden of proof should be on the one who is advocating a change in policies. But then, there is no reason to expect that their research would not be fair, would it?
