Ethanol is not as clean as they might have you believe. Ethanol also requires a lot of water to produce. If it was to be used in the amounts that you suggest, how much water will that take? Where will that water come from?

Where does the electricity to power electric cars in California come from??

And besides, CG....just who is going to fund these projects that you want???....Dirty word, profit...isn't it?

Who do you think would spend their money developing anything .... if it were not for the potential to make some money....and keeping some of it, after development costs, and TAXES....

Maybe profit should sound better to the liberals....
