Combjelly, Re: Yeah, I know all about the iPaq, I got one. ARM is one heck of a processor design. Intel has done well with it, if Covalis is going to sell for ~$15 a piece in quantity for the 400MHz version, Intel should do well...

I agree, a very impressive design. I have an iPAQ myself and I am very pleased about its performance. I've heard rumors that Compaq will introduce a new iPAQ for the holiday season which features a 400 MHz X-Scale CPU from Intel which only consumes one third of the power of the current 203 MHz model. If the ARM stock wasn't so expensive (high P/E), I'd buy it immediately. I believe that in the long term ARM based PDAs with Windows CE will greatly gain market share over Palm (who is also rumored to switch to ARM based processors soon).
