But they are the daughters of our president and should be more responsible than others their age. I'm sure George and Laura would have liked their involved daughter to be at Georgetown rather than Univ of Texas, so they could keep an eye on her. You didn't see Clinton's daughter making headlines 6 months into her father's presidency.

Just thinking back, the only one who ever attacked Chelsea was McCain. Keeping the President's children off limits was a sensible policy. But, as usual, one rule for Republicans, completely different one for Democrats.

This attack on the Bush children is really hitting below the belt.

Consider the source of the attack. I think that reputable Democrats consider this subject to be off-limits. Some simply do not, as they would like to compare it to hummers in the Oval Office (and deny the perjury fact).

I am disgusted with the lack of judgement that Jenna has displayed, here, but she's not my daughter. Furthermore, I am not the President. One has to wonder what type of psychological effect that a parent being President has on a not-fully-developed sense of judgment, and/or the desire to rebel.
