Do you realize that in majority black districts an average of 10% of the ballots were tossed?

You are assuming that is higher than normal. Is there any proof that this error rate is higher than normal?

And even with that, it's amazing how high the percentage of African American voters versus non-African American voters was in Florida.

The State's vote was wrought with fraud and gaffes, in every direction. Sounds like an LBJ style election...
