Do you think there is a perfect ballot that everyone will understand?

I don't think so.

If you want 100% accuracy in every single precinct, with every single ballot being examined for "intent", then write your Congressperson and ask that elections take place 3-4 years prior to the results being certified.

That should do it, doncha think?

Can you substantiate that comment? As I recall the ballot machines in the disputed counties were tested 9 months prior to the election and found to be defect free when the standards were met. That being an empty hole with no hanging, pregnant, dipled, half dipled, torn, and or taped chad in place.
