So schools should have nothing to do with teaching moral behavior? I might be inclined to agree in the sense of the average public school teacher, who is not fit to dispense much of anything to the impressionable mind... ~SB~

If they want to mend society, they ought to give a HUGE tax break for any 2 parent family where one parent STAYS HOME. Make it unprofitable for both parents to work. It wouldn't cure everything, but it would be a damned good start Fred I couldn't agree more. We can trace the decline in school performance and the rise in violence to both parents working.
