Hello Paul, I know we will hear the official word from Intel next week on how the quarter is progressing. Wanted to know your opinion on how the second half may be in the economy (perhaps even any anecdotal evidence down in silicon valley)? Personally, I find it hard to figure out how the country as a 'whole' is doing here in sf bc I feel this place is distorted (having received more of the bust and more of the boom). I still hope the 4th quarter gets some sort of uptick in revenue growth for a lot of the tech leaders like Intel, but it gets more suspect as each day passes, despite the lowering rates. Would love to hear any opinions/thoughts about where you think the economy is headed? Granted, I know this is subject to change quickly. thanks for your continuous posting as always. and, unfortunately, haven't made it out to the Italian riviera yet but still looking into it. cheers, pigboy
