He argues that our feel good, politically correct teachings have created a generation of kids with no concept of reality who are set up for failure in the real world. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you are. These young children learn from examples of you grownups, and from the material you grownups supply to them in the form of entertainment and knowledge. If you do not like the end result, the product made, then blame yourselfs and find out the how and why such garbage is allowed by you(s) year after year, generated by you(s) in the work and market place to be delived to the youth still in high school & college. If the minds of those young kids in highschool are bad, then ask why those who create what they receive, those in age after highschool & college who create what is available, as them (a.k.a. you) why you generate such garbage.
