Been playing with my new Nikon Coolpix 880 - great camera! Does anyone know if the battery that ships with the OEM box is less than a full capacity battery? I'm thinking that it must be because I've only been able to perform the initial setup function (date/time/resolution/image size) and snap a handful of pictures - now the battery is 2/3 gone! The camera has an auto-off feature and was never left on for more than a few seconds. Image transfers were done directly from my CF card via my ImageMate USB reader. I do plan on purchasing the rechargeables, but I was floored by how quickly this battery drained and assume that they must ship some low-capacity units for OEM's...
