That's a good example....not much to the song, but her vocal style made it work.... There were some videos on VH1 this morning from Faith Hill....I had never paid any attention to her, and don't know if the two songs they played were representative..but the vocal style was so .... uninspired.....the same material in Madonna's hands probably would have worked a lot better.....
