Going by shortest (great circle) route, I think there's only one point of equidistance. Which would be 180 degrees around in longitude, equal and opposite (North/South) latitude. As posted elsewhere, for Mecca, somewhere in the vicinity of Pitcairn Island in the South Pacific, but that was just from eyeballing a globe.

I wonder if Mohammed knew about great circle routes, though.
