Infineon decides not to challenge Rambus patents ebnonline.com In a surprise move, Infineon Technologies AG has decided not to ask Federal Judge Robert Payne to void SDRAM patents held by Rambus Inc. A motion asking Judge Payne to make such a ruling had been expected since a jury in the Richmond, Va., federal district court last month found Rambus had committed fraud. Based on the fraud verdict, Infineon told Judge Payne it would seek to have the SDRAM patents declared unenforceable.... I wonder what the sc@@bags at Infringeon are up to now... BP
