YOu are mostly right and I am mostly wrong. Lesson is for me to always check more thann one source of insider trading.
Interesting purchase is that of Wheeler who bought more than 2.7MM shares but my info disclosed no price-any ideas? my guess is that is that it was $1.26 but it is only that.
Other interesting insider sale is that the vp of worldwide sales cashed out around 130,000 options that cost him .06 for $8-9 in January. Any ideas how the psix bankruptcy impacts this company?

INAP is acting well considering the general market.

Will see if it can close above 3 today.

We may have to wait until July 24 or some other announcement about new financing before dealing with the May 25 H at 3.75

Of course some of the vultures have alreday started "class actions" not only against INAP but also including Morgan Stanley,Credit Suisse,Robertson Stephens and Merrill Lynch.
