Take it as you will. I have already made clear that "absolute truth" is a red herring, since our assertions are inherently conditional, and yet we obviously progress towards more accurate descriptions and analyses of the world around us. Thus, we can speak of levels of confidence about our assertions, knowing that even under the best circumstances, there may be a residual need of revision. Anyway, if you want to know something deeply, and not as a series of propositions merely, you have to think it through. I am offering fundamental texts for thinking through important issues in philosophy, not a catechism.....
