techsmith.com Here is one I was checking out that seems to work pretty well. You can specify the area of the screen to record. The smaller the screen area, the less drain on your system's resources. Thanks for the advice, I will definitely experiment before I use this program or any like it when trading. It will probably take a while before I could get the hang of starting and stopping it while trading, but I think it could be a good resource for learning. Of course it would be better if I could just play back the market data from the day's trading on Realtick. When you think about it, this should be fundamental function of any trading software. Alex
