The "Big Lumber special interests" who "own part" of GWB have planted more trees in N. America then you can even imagine. But the left doesn't count a tree as a tree unless the seed was spread by random birdshit. Don't worry about it...

Dear Del: good for you. I planted 56 trees on the 2 1/2 acres I bought in 1983 to retire too. Also am always planting trees around here. Guess I am the johnny appleseed of south Fla. haha. But, alas, you probably call me a right winger as I believe in reasonable, responsible government. JDN

American logging companies plant 1 million more trees per year than they cut down. That is a net gain of 1 million trees per year in the US.
