Why would stockholders and lawyers waste their time on these boilerplate suits if they could not win? Don't the lawyers only get paid if they collect a settlement? Also, if these liabilities are covered by the insurance agency why did the stock price plummet on the news?

Isn't this exactly what the lawyers have been claiming? If they were to prove "gross misrepresentation" how much of a hit could the stock hypothetically take?

I love AVCI's products and think that the company has a great future. I am just a bit concerned at the price action as of late over this bad news. Want to be sure there is not more to it than meets the eye.
