Jaci, I am peaceful here with people that are also peaceful!! Keith is the fire and the fuel. His brother has failed to produce the financing and I think that this company is done. I spent years trying to get placer mine financing and it is very difficult.

The current SEC filings speak for themselves and the company did not beat the SEC in Court. TT beat them in a "very close case" but the May 98 NR was removed from the company website.

BTW: DD to be real due dilligence needs to be accurate. The BMG - GE comparison that you made was in fact misleading, even if not intentionally. We got is sorted out and so be it.

Jaci, I simply want to point out Digrdug's lying and hypocrisy for everyone to see. Is this case, after calling Guido's numbers "bogus" for three years, he has now unwittingly endorsed them, by posting that he believes the grade at Chaco to be .8 grams/cubic meter--the number that Guido used.
