Doug...If I remember, in the Judge's ruling...she stated clearly that this was a unique find and that she was impressed with the lawyer for GE and that she would love to have her litigate in her court room again. TT was representing the Company as well, remember, he made the announcement on behalf of GE, not on behalf of Terry Turner.

No we did not sort it out. You never did APOLOGIZE....as a gentleman would have done.....Cheers

Doug.. I don't know much about the situation with Kevin and Golden Eagle regarding the financing....I do know that you are still using everything you can to damage any good that this Company is trying to do at all.....why are you so angry and bitter....because of the lawsuit brought against you....We reap what we sow....Cheers
