I think Cisco has a little better track record than Intel in communications.

We'll see it it has a saleable, profitable "communications infrastructure". Nothing has been proven yet.

It wasn't profitable when the industry was making money hand over fist.

I don't like investing in start-ups that lose tons of money, with the dream of future profits. The dotcoms left those type of companies deservedly out of favor. If the Intel communications division wasn't under the Intel umbrella, it's stock price would be less than a buck a share, if it wasn't already in receivership.

It's a financial adventure, and I'm along for the ride. Don't ask me to like it. But show me some finacial progress and I might get excited.
