The general market sentiment is helping VLNC price this time. jmo. Although this QTR earnings may not be great for some companies, they have made the required changes to cut losses in this qtr and expect improvements in the next two quarters. Job cuts have stabilized. Some stocks are moving above their 200 day ma. Some bulls are buying - quietly. Ram
