Hong Kong Capitalism ...

I got a cow and a bull, separately owned in two offshore companies, with double blind bearer share structure;

Borrow from the bank against the share of the offshore bull company;

Use the borrowed money to buy a publicly listed shell company, then talk up the share price, do secondary listing;

Use the listing proceeds to buy (expensive) the offshore cow company;

Pocket the sales proceeds from selling the cow company;

Sign exclusive mating deal between the bull company and the now publicly listed cow company;

Skim off the resulting offsprings as mating fee to the bull company;

Repeat as necessary, until the world is covered in cow droppings.

Chugs, Jay
