Computer Learning thread: Subject 22366

I don't even know what you're talking about, in your description of your problem, that's how much I know.

But I know a lot more than I used to, having learned from the people on Computer Learning.

You can try one thing they suggest, if it doesn't work, go back and explain the problem and someone will suggest something else. Infinite patience for someone who's trying.

My impression is that on expertcity different times of day feature different prices. I guess according to who's awake, mainly Asia, mainly Europe, mainly North America, etc. And if you get only $20 and $25 bids, ignore them and simply post your problem again. Most of the same people will come back with a lower offer, bidding against each other. That's what happened to me. The 9.75 bid was from someone who started much higher.

Every time I open an app, the computer sets aside the memory and holds it even after the app is closed.

Are you sure it's not just one application that's failing to release resources? If you can isolate the application that's causing the problems, assuming that it's one app, you're on the road to recovery.
