Hi Ranger...I just can't see what is propping up this market right now, I'm not chasing it. I too have been expecting to see weakness. I'll wait to play the next swing. The real estate project I told you about a few months back....closed yesterday. I flipped it in 6 months, nearly to the day...200% profit. Yeah, baby. I'm spending a lot of time looking for other real estate opportunities. Mostly cash in the market right now. Sorry about your bunny, you now I'm a big softie when it comes to critters.
