What was the role of venerable Governor of Californication before his present tenure---
and his role BEFORE that which should of given GREAT insight(your hard-won knowledge) into the works and needs of the state?

It has been a progression of power and its political umbrage that has been at the center but blind-eyed shaded from the now dismayed public--
those contemtuously villainous companies screwing the state just like the politicians envisioned--- well maybe not this blatant but it was all in the cards and thought over--(read the whole article)-- this CTC is/was to last only 30 months -- 3 years-- voila!--oops maybe I should read it. and take a math class.

its all politics.....for the people by the people in power-- I see Feinstein was the only Dem. senator on the Left coast to vote for the tax cut-- the rest wish to spend it-- IMHO or was it politics?
