I can't say I liked the Pledge. It's not my kind of movie. Nicholson is not an actor I like much anymore. I loved Goin' South. Prizzi's Honor was ok. One Flew Over the Cukoo's Nest was good- but I didn't particularly like Nicholson. The Last Detail was good. Jack Nicholson almost always goes over the top. I really don't like that in actors. It totally turns me off. I watch movies for nuance and truth. I don't want to see some actor doing the same old schtick (sp?).
