No, I think that Al Gore is far smarter than Dubya, especially about global warming. Dubya needs to read Al's book and get at least some understanding of the issue. He might then understand that coal was a fuel for the 19th century. There is plenty of new technology available to replace coal energy. The time to start is now. I thought that Dubya said that he was going to be a leader. Why is he then thinking of going backwards? Coal has the highest carbon content of all of the fossil fuels, but I guess he owes a favor to his big contributors by pushing for it's use. Why don't you take action that supports your beliefs and lobby for one of his "clean" coal plants for your town?
