Kevin,

Here are some REITs that I think are well run with 8% + dividends.
BDN BED CARS FR HCP PPS UHT

Here is a pretty complete list of equity REITs and PARTNERSHIPS with 8%+ dividends:
ADC AEC AER AML ANL APROZ
BDN BED BFS BNP BOY BPP
CARS CEI CLI CLP CPV CRRR CWN
DDR EGP ENN EPR EQY FCH FR FRT
GL GLB GRT HCN HCP HIW HPT HR HRP HT
IRT JAMS JDN JRP KE KPA KRT KTR LHO LXP
MAA MAC MAL MHX MLS MNRTA MRR
NHP NHR NNN NXL O OLP
PCC PCL PEI PGE PKY PNP PPS RFS RPT
SFI SIZ SKT SNH SSS SUS TCR TCT TNH
UBP UHT USV WXH

I assume you are looking for longer term results since you are just chasing yield.

Cohen & Steers has a few REIT funds that have respectable long time results, but I haven't looked at them or owned them for 3 years.
