Chalu... Don't you understand?? The reason both Israel and Egypt are the two largest recipients of US aid is because we're bribing them not to fight each other. Get it now?? <VBG> And I would definitely disagree with you about N. Korea and N. Vietnam and claiming there was no difference between them and their southern counterparts. That's comparable to saying there's do difference between West and East Germany. And North and South Vietnam were not "reunited". The South was CONQUERED by the North after the US bugged out. Reuniting suggests bilateral negotiation and agreement on merging the two nations, such as has been occurring with N. and S. Korea, and to a lesser extent Taiwan and China. There was nothing bilateral about the fall of Saigon. The communists won, Thieu's govt lost. And the people of all of Vietnam continued to suffer. Hawk
