Dale, they have to do this if they are going to 0.13 micron, according to what they have been saying about that transition. However, delaying built out and having excess capacity are two different things. Clarles is claiming they have idle capacity. He hasn't really said whether or not he includes Fab30, but I get the impression he is. I don't think that is the case.
