I looked at the automatic skip driver agent in system tools and found a problem with one of my displays . Not sure what impact fixing that problem really had but cpu usuage is a lot lower today (however, that might just be because of slow trading volume). The display looked fine before and after.

Mark and all, I'm going to have to reformat my harddrive and reinstall. Can someone be kind enough to step this novice through how to export my favorites in Internet Explorer and my address book and inbox and outbox and other folders in Outlook Express to floppies so I don't lose them after the reinstall. I'm just about ready to tear my hair out... and there's not much left! Yes... I need a new computer. This old PentiumII 266 (128megs ram) running WIN98 SE has had it, but I need to get it up and running until I can get the new boxes. I have a DAT tape backup, so I want to reformat the SCSI harddrive and restore an older tape with Seagate Backup Exec and then add the current address book, current messages in the inbox and other folders... and also add my favorites. Please Help!!! Yes... I am in a state of panic!! Going to the office now and hope someone can help me. Many thanks in advance. Marty
