A liberal union guy who worked on the ill fated Clinton nuke plant showed up at the coffee shop today. He had a belt buckle that a plumber had made on the job on company time. I mentioned that might be one of the reasons the job cost 20 times the projection. He did the usual union harrump and er er um. Then he comes up with the reason for the cost overrun was because after the plant was built they changed the specs on the pipe hangers and they had to be replaced. Silly me, I asked if it really cost $3,800,000,000 to replace the pipe hangers in a $200,000,000 plant. For you liberals that's $3 billion, 800 million and $200 million.
