Ah, very tricky. Change the your argument by changing the question since your were unable to support your initial claim. But, I think you're asking the wrong question, again, since your assumptions are still wrong...that it matters or even matters in any significant way...that there are not other tax treatments related to business activity (other than the individual tax rates imposed on the rich) which have a more direct affect on stimulating economic activity. So, here we are.
