neo, in the USA and Canada it is done, I know by direct experience as I know people who own companies(one USA, one Canadian) who have been approached by muslims within the employees to set aside such a space and to permit these prayer meets that would happen at breaks and lunches as well as just before and after work. One did and the other did not. What country are you in that does not allow that?, as long as the employer agrees. Workers hate it in the one that did as they want to avpid this 5 times stuff and I suspect it will not persist at that one place. Bill
