X,

You must have joined that club at Blockbuster's where you see like maybe 10 movies for the month and get so many freebies.

I just moved to Maine from Conn. and I miss my Blockbuster; nearest one is 55 miles away in Bangor. Hollywood is not too bad; in Conn. all movies ( even just released ) were 5 day rentals....alas no Hollywood, here, either. Closest rental places are general stores ( closest one 9 miles away ) with pathetic selections.

I subscribe now to DISH satellite and its excellent; get the Independent Movie Channel + Bravo + LINK TV ( world TV station with many foreign flicks + world music ).

I will track down that movie tip you gave me from the same director of Run Lola. Do you recall the few spots in the flick where Lola bumps into people and throws them off the track of what would've happened in their futures if Lola didn't collide or in some way adjust their lives; the 10-15 second snap montage of what would have been just blew me away; I replayed those scenes a number of times, I just couldn't believe the genius of what the director was doing.

Have you ever contemplated writing a screenplay?

Until the End of the World. Right up there with Wim Wenders finest..such as Wings of Desire.
Very unusual subject matter as well....
