Great point but that is one for a weekend as we could go on forever about that idea and I am sure I would come up with yet a few more non politically correct posts to get some people upset. All I will say is the economy loves giving money to the ill educated since they tend to spend almost all income earned, given or donated. Smart money saves and hedges against inflation and doesn't necessarily help production increases unless market conditions are favorable to give corporations capital via stock and bond purchases. If you want to increase consumption, get the money in the sheeple's hands, it will be gone and pumped into the economy quickly.
