You know, that's what I've been trying to figure out. I read all those glowing Cahners Instat reports, and then turn around and watch the FWA providers file for bankruptcy one-by-one.

I did read somewhere though, that the big providers are quietly and stealthily building the infrastructure for the service. Does anyone know if that's true? I haven't bothered to look for myself yet.

The same with newly apportioned shareholders or successors
if/when auctions occur. Below is just ARTT docket, see
Employee Retention Program (item 44 I believe) for what
company was hoping and apparently may have got out of 6/8 meeting (PDF file often lag in time from indicated action).

deb.uscourts.gov

WCII case number is 01-1430. Enter www.deb.uscourts.gov
then go to pacer then docket in chron or reverse order.
TGNT filed in NY as did PSI I believe as too many boats were
trying to cross Delaware at one time.
