I'm not sure how much of this latest dollar run reflects Administation policy and how much represents speculative excess by momentum players. I suspect that the powers that be would like to see the dollar modestly lower at this point in time. Not too much lower of course, but perhaps 110 instead of 120.

The problem for them is that the more the dollar bubbble inflates -- the bigger the inevitable correction. If the dollar gets to 125-130 , the subsequent drop may push it down to 100 or lower.
