Is up 17.45% on volume of 16,900.Albeit is coming down from the early up-gap and won't be able to close above its February H.

The poor retail numbers continue to focus the effect of hundreds of thousands of people that are out of work... They are not finding jobs as fast as they did in the go go 90's... Just as the consumer leads markets out of recession, it can lead them into recession as purchases become more practical and less impulsive... This creates a rippling effect throughout the economy that can lead to more layoffs...

With that said, the Nasdaq is making an impressive stand at the 2100 mark...

The question that will be answered in the next few months is whether or not all this has already been factored into the market or the full effects of the recession have not yet been felt on Main Street or Wall Street... We'll know soon... In the meantime I'm getting ready to play a possible short term bounce in the next day or so...
