JIM: Widespread red numbers on Biotechs today. Among the exceptions: INCR which is up 15% after announcing another patent concerning their work on hepatic stem cells. They had already announced similar patents in November: Research Triangle Park, N.C., November 16, 2000 - Incara Pharmaceuticals Corporation (Nasdaq:INCR) announced issuance of a patent from the United States Patent and Trademark Office for an isolated hepatocyte precursor capable of differentiating into a hepatocyte.
