it's the same problems only more apparent. I think lowering interest rates aren't going to save their bacon this time around -- it's not just spread any more. Demand for funds has to be growing beyond just rolling over existing debts for the things to keep hummin', IMO. Pity the fool that is Fed chairman during the clean up campaign. It isn't going to be anything like the early 90's
