Another one of my favorite directors is Jim Jarmusch. Dead Man, Night on Earth are quite extraordinary.
His latest, Ghost Dog, is pretty good, but a little more mainstream.

if its the one with Dafoe, I intend to....ah, what an incredible character and actor....anyone remember seeing Dafoe in To Live and Die in L.A.? ...played a counterfitter(sp?).
